APW Wyott's TM-12LD UL 1/2 size electric hot food well is designed to be used as a drop in unit with a UL listed electrical kit. This drop in hot food well will help you keep meats, vegetables, sauces and more at just the right temperature. This hot food well is perfect for many different buffet setups. The hot food well will hold one 6" x 20" size steam table pan and is heated with a tubular heating element. The remote thermostatic controls allow easy temperature control. The UL approved electrical kit comes with electrical conduit, control box and bezel. The unit also features a 1/2" NPT drain to remove condensation and extra water after use. The durable stainless steel well frame will provide years of stability and service for your commercial kitchen and features the EZ Lock system for easy installation into your countertop.
