Cadco XAF-113 LineChef Stefania 1/2 Size Convection Oven w/ Manual Controls

Cadco's XAF-113 Half-size Electric Countertop Convection Oven is part of the LineChef series. This convection oven is designed with an advanced airflow system with a patented baffle. This half-size oven is great for saving valuable countertop space. With three shelves, the oven can accommodate three half size sheet pans with 3" between the shelves. This oven would be a perfect addition to any commercial kitchen. The oven had manual controls that control time, temperature or humidity and can be set from 175 degrees to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Manufactured of high quality stainless steel and is easy to clean. This oven also features an interior halogen light and reinforced double wall glass door that is cool to the touch.
