Channel's 56C Enclosed Half Size Aluminum Mobile Bun Pan Rack is ideal for storing smaller amounts of freshly made baked goods while keeping them safe from contamination. Constructed from heavy duty, high tensile aluminum, this rack is built to hold up to anything that busy kitchens and bakeries throw at it while the exterior aluminum panels keep the food inside warm and contaminant-free. This pan rack features 1.5" spacing between each pair of extruded aluminum channels with top cross and side bracing which can hold a standard 18" x 26" sheet pan or two 18" x 13" sheet pans. Also, the bolted on 5" non-marking, swivel casters allow for easy transport while the 1/8" thick aluminum door can open up to 270 degrees wide.
