Dexter Russell's (07945) Traditional Edge-14 Crystolon/India Benchstone is a great way to keep your knives sharp and well conditioned. This kit includes a Crystolon 150 grit stone with silicon carbide abrasives for quick sharpening as well as an India 320 grit stone with aluminum oxide abrasives for fine, smooth cutting edges. Also, the durable, non-slip case creates sharpening station, protects stone and prevents stones from drying out.
