This undercounter dishwasher is a perfect fit for bars, coffee shops, restaurants and care facilities. Certified by ENERGY STAR, the Hobart LXER-2 can handle up to 30 racks per hour while using only 0.62 gallons of water. The Advansys LXe high-temp dishwasher features Steam Elimination and Energy Recovery technology that recycles hot water vapor produced during wash and rinse cycles and uses it to preheat cold inlet water. This advanced feature saves you not only energy, but also reduces steam released into the air, improving both operator and customer experience. Dishes are properly sanitized by the built-in booster heater that raises the water temperature to a minimum of 180 degrees from an incoming water temperature of 55 degrees. The Hobart LXER-2 Undercounter Dishwasher also features Smart Display technology that omits confusing error codes, Snap-in Rinse Arm, an Auto Delime Cycle, and delime notifications.
