Cooper-Atkins 50014-K 30" Weighted Surface Probe

Safely monitor the temperature of your griddle with Cooper-Atkins' 50014-K 30" Weighted Surface Probe. This probe is made of durable stainless steel, along with a Phenolic handle and a heat-resistant 2.5" Teflon base. The added weight allows you to get an accurate reading without having to press down and the replaceable sensor on the bottom yields the best results after a dab of oil is applied to the surface. Addtionally, the 30" cable is made of a flexible stainless steel armored sheath and features a type-K plug at the end, making it compatible with select thermocouples.
