Hobart HCM61-1 Bowl Style 6 Qt Food Processor

Hobart's HCM61-1 Bowl-Style Food Processor has a 6 quart capacity and features a unique patented built-in bowl scraper and lid wiping system. This eliminates the need to stop the unit and scrape the sides while the integrated lid wipers provide easy viewing of food product during processing. The Xylex cover offers the ability to maintain a continuous view of the product and the large feed tube provide ease in adding ingredients. COOLCUTTER knives increase both consistency and productivity while minimizing product temperature rise. The 1725 RPM knife speed is perfect for chopping and mixing a variety of foods. The triple safety interlock prevents the operation of the machine unless the bowl, bowl cover and lid lock are all in place. Controls are conveniently located on the left of the base, providing the right hand free to add ingredients. The control options are ON, OFF and PULSE.
