John Boos CUCE30 Cucina Elegante Maple Cart, 20" x 30"

The John Boos CUCE30 Cucina Elegante Maple Cart is a part of the Cucina Americana Collection. The top is made of 1-3/4" thick Northern Hard Rock Maple that is constructed using an edge grain technique which uses long strips of the wood, laid side by side, to achieve an extraordinary display of fine woodgrain. The top is finished in John Boos' Varnique finish. The dimensions of this cart are 20" long and 30" wide with an overall height of 35". The cart comes complete with one stainless steel front dovetailed drawer, stainless steel legs, two foodservice grade stainless steel shelves, one reversible middle shelf, one stainless steel towel bar (on single leaf or no leaf models), and 3" commercial grade locking casters. Optional accessories include a 10" drop leaf available on one or both sides.
