John Boos Cucina Elegante Maple Cart, 20" x 40"

The John Boos CUCE40 Cucina Elegant Maple Cart is part of the Cucina Americana Collection. The top is made of 1-3/4" thick Northern Hard Rock Maple that has been covered with a Varnique finish and put together using Edge Grain Construction. Edge grain takes strips of the wood and places them side by side to enhance the natural beauty of the fine woodgrain. The cart measures 20" long, 40" wide and an overall height of 35". The cart comes with one stainless steel front/dovetailed drawer, stainless steel legs, two foodservice grade stainless steel shelves, one reversible middle shelf, one stainless steel towel bar (for single or no leaf models) and 3" commercial grade locking casters. This cart is also available with the option of adding a 10" drop leaf to one or both sides.
