Star's GX20IGS Grill Express 10" x 10" Grooved/Smooth Iron Dual Panini Grill is an economical solution that delivers commercial performance for foodservice operations with limited space. This sandwich grill features two separate grilling sections which allow you to cook at two temperatures simultaneously. Both sections are equipped with heavy duty cast iron platens with one side being grooved and the other being smooth. The heating elements are embedded in the platens to provide superior heat distribution and fast recovery for consistent and efficient cooking production. Star's panini grill can handle products up to 3" providing the versatility to cook the thickest sandwiches to the thinnest quesadillas. The spring hinge system provides effortless operation of the top plate and applies even pressure to the product for a consistent sear. Star's GX20IGS Panini Grill has a 3/4" bottom splash guard to protect against grease spills and a removable grease trough for easy cleanup.
