The Star HDG6030G griddle features extra heavy-duty construction, a 3/4" griddle plate for quick pre-heat, and a total of 150,000 BTU's from six burners. Each burner has a manual infinite heat controls and an on/off control. An adjustable air shutter controls air and optimize combustion. Additional features include removable stainless steel front panel, stainless steel side panels, stainless splash guard, full-width, front mounted grease trough, removable large capacity drip pan, and adjustable 4" heavy-duty steel legs.
